Welcome to Embroidery Design Club ("EDC"). By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

License Agreement

All embroidery designs, artwork, fonts, graphics, and digital content available through EDC remain the intellectual property of TEX INC. and/or their respective copyright holders. Purchasers receive a non-exclusive license to use purchased designs in accordance with these terms.

Permitted Use

You may:

  • Stitch designs on personal projects
  • Stitch designs on products for resale
  • Use designs for commercial embroidery production
  • Resize and edit designs for embroidery purposes

Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

  • Resell digital design files
  • Share files with others
  • Upload files to file-sharing websites
  • Distribute designs as your own
  • Give away purchased files
  • Convert and resell designs in any format
  • Create competing design collections from EDC content

Membership Access

Membership access is granted solely to the registered account holder. Sharing login credentials or providing access to non-members is strictly prohibited. Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Copyright

All content, graphics, logos, designs, text, and materials are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Embroidery Design Club and TEX INC. shall not be liable for:

  • Lost profits
  • Business interruption
  • Production losses
  • Data loss
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Users are responsible for performing sew-out tests prior to production runs.

Website Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the website, memberships, products, or services without notice.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.
