The company or product logos included in this collection are trademarks owned by their respective organizations and are provided for lawful use only. TEX INC. – Embroidery Design Club does not grant trademark rights.

Before embroidering or selling any garment containing a corporate logo, you must obtain written permission from the trademark owner. The purchaser assumes full responsibility for securing authorization.

TEX INC. – Embroidery Design Club is not liable for any claims, penalties, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of any trademarked logo.

Copyright Protection

Making copies, sharing, or redistributing TEX INC. – Embroidery Design Club artwork or design software is a violation of copyright law. Design files are licensed to the original purchaser for embroidery use at one physical business location only.

Customers are responsible for sewing a sample prior to running production.

Embroidery Design Club License Policy

Personal Use License — All designs are licensed to the original purchaser for personal use only unless otherwise stated.

Personal use includes:

• Stitching for yourself
• Stitching gifts for friends or family

Personal use does NOT include:

• Selling embroidered items
• Producing items for customers
• Commercial production
• File sharing or redistribution
• Mass manufacturing

Commercial Use — requires proper authorization and may require additional licensing. Corporate logos always require written permission from the trademark owner.
