Cancellation policy

Embroidery Design Club (EDC) memberships are billed monthly on a recurring basis until canceled.

Cancel Anytime

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account or by contacting customer support. Cancellation will stop future monthly charges.

Access After Cancellation

After cancellation, you will continue to have access to your membership benefits until the end of your current billing period. Once the billing period expires, access to member-only downloads, content, and benefits will end.

No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided to membership content, monthly membership fees are non-refundable. No partial-month refunds or credits will be issued.

Changes to Memberships

Embroidery Design Club reserves the right to modify membership pricing, benefits, or features at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes before they take effect whenever possible.
