Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Embroidery Design Club (EDC).
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales of embroidery designs, digital downloads, memberships, subscriptions, fonts, and digital content are final.
Digital Products
Once a digital file has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. This includes but is not limited to:
- Embroidery designs
- Design collections
- Fonts
- Membership downloads
- Bonus files
- Promotional downloads
- Custom digital products
Memberships
Membership fees are non-refundable once billed.
Members may cancel their membership at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation will stop future charges but will not result in a refund of current or previous membership payments.
Members retain access through the end of their current billing period unless otherwise specified.
Defective Files
If you experience a technical issue with a file, please contact our support team. We will make every reasonable effort to replace, repair, or provide an alternative file when appropriate.
Unauthorized Use
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Failure to read product descriptions
- Accidental purchases
- Software incompatibility
- User error
- Change of mind
- Failure to use downloaded files
